Download the current version of SeSiMCMC as a Windows NT console (you need the cygwin runtime dll's to run it), Linux(x86) or a FreeBSD(x86) (compiled with no optimisation) executable. All of them are compiled with the gcc 4.x or 3.x (FreeBSD) compiler. Here is a readme file explaining the program options.
